PROGRAMS + EVENTS

Taste Test: Random Encounters in the History and Science of Food is a new program series investigating the foods we eat through history, science, anthropology and the culinary arts. Each event pairs two speakers speaking on a single food topic from sometimes radically different perspectives. Questions and answers will happen over a tasting. The price of each lecture includes the tasting following the event.
