"I work as a landscape architect in the professional golf event world as a designer and director of construction. I started as a volunteer in 1989 and now have contracts for 3 major championships per year. Part of my work includes the training, installation and maintenance of ornamental plant material with an unskilled labor force. We just successfully completed the 35th Ryder Cup Matches in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. This was preceded by two other events in May and August.
